**A Message From 1 Veteran Foundation**
After 11 years of service, we are announcing that 1 Veteran Foundation will be closing, effective December 31, 2026.
**What this means for our veterans: **
Every veteran currently enrolled in our program will have their training completed. If you are currently paired with us, there is nothing to worry about — we will see your training through to the end.
**What does this mean going forward: **
As of now, we are no longer able to accept new veteran teams into the program.
**Our legacy: **
Over the past 11 years, 1 Veteran Foundation has proudly assisted more than 100 veterans and placed over 60 service dogs to help veterans living with PTSD.
To the veterans who trusted us, the volunteers who gave their time, and the donors and community members who believed in this mission, Thank you. It has been the honor of our lives to serve alongside you.
From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you for 11 unforgettable years of dedication, compassion, and community support. You helped us change and save lives, and we are eternally grateful.
